Chalearn LAP IsoGD DATABASE RELEASE AGREEMENT
Introduction
CASIA-Chalearn IsoGD database is used for scientific research of gesture recognition. It is collected by Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASIA). Any one or group is allowed to use this database free of charge.

Rules
1. Redistribution: Without prior approval from CASIA,Chalearn LAP IsoGD, either entirely or partly, should not be further distributed, published, copied, or disseminated in any way or form, no matter for profitable use or not, including further distribution to a different department or organization in the same system.

2. Modification: Without prior approval from CASIA,Chalearn LAP IsoGD, either entirely or partly, is not allowed to be modified.

3. Commercial Use: Without prior approval from CASIA,Chalearn LAP IsoGD either entirely or partly, is not allowed for commercial use.

4. Publication requirements: In no case should the images be used in a way that could possibly cause embarrassment or mental anguish to all the subjects.

5. Acknowledgement to Chalearn (http://gesture.chalearn.org/) who provide the CGD dataset. Our datasets are derived form the CGD dataset.

8. Indemnification: All persons using the database agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CASIA and its officers, employees and agents, individually and collectively, from any and all losses, expenses, damages. If any, users shall pay all damages, claims, judgments or expenses caused by misuse of Chalearn LAP IsoGD.

Note: Signatory must have the legal authority to sign licensing agreements on behalf of the Licensee with CASIA. Licensees legal staff should review the terms and conditions of this agreement and execute it. Agreements signed by individuals without this authority are not valid and will be discarded.
