| Brief Biography: |
Kaiqi Huang received MS in EE from Nanjing University of Science & Technology and PhD degree in Signal and Information Processing from Southeast Univeristy . Then he joins in National Laboratory of Pattern Recognition, Chinese Academy of Sciences and now he has been an associate professor. His interests are Visual Surveillance, Image & Video Analysis, Human Vision and Cognition, Computer Vision ect. He has published more 50 papers in International Journals and conferences such as IEEE Trans. On Image Processing, IEEE Trans. on SMC-B, Computer Vision and Image Understanding ,Pattern Recognition, CVPR, ECCV and so on. He is IEEE senior member and Deputy Secretary-General of IEEE Beijing Section and serves as member of PC or Chair of over 30 international conferences.
